In order to establish your precise requirements we need to carry out a survey of the premises you are looking to secure. A survey is carried out by one of our Sales Consultants who will visit the premises and assess the risk, and design a system that’s fit for purpose.
It is always wise for the Customer to be present so you can explain your exact requirements and should you know it, those of your insurers as well (If the survey is for an Intruder Alarm). We can also discuss how you intend to use your system, your budget, location of all equipment and provide details on aesthetic finishes and any integration with other security or home products.
A mutually convenient appointment will be made by one of our experienced Sales Consultants to visit your premises FREE OF CHARGE, you will be informed the approximate amount of time to allow for the purpose of the survey (typically one hour, depending on the size of the premises).
They will also assess the risk of the site for intrusion and set a perceived value of the risk. For Health and Safety requirements they will also carry out a full risk assessment so to identify any hazards that may be on site. With this information in mind it is the Sales Consultants responsibility to grade the intruder alarm system, which should be sent to your insurers for approval.
During this site survey, the Sales Consultant will also discuss other systems that may be relevant to your property and thereafter quote accordingly.
