Security Maintenance

Whilst we design, supply and install fire and security systems to the highest standards, maintenance is essential so to ensure that all products remain fully functional and any faults are rectified straight away. MRFS Customers have access to our service centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to report a fault, arrange a maintenance inspection or request urgent assistance.

Many homes and businesses with older and poorly maintained systems are left unprotected during critical times when users get frustrated with their system and become less inclined to set them because of a simple fault.

We provide a comprehensive maintenance package for intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry and automated gates. As a regulated member of NSI we are required to ensure all our intruder alarm installations are accompanied by a maintenance contract.

Our standard maintenance plan includes:

  • Access to our service centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to report a fault, arrange a maintenance inspection or request urgent assistance.
  • One planned service/maintenance visit per year (2 per year for a monitored alarm) so to ensure your system remains in optimum working order.
  • All installations come with a one-year parts and labour warranty with no additional charges for call out during this period. Repairs and maintenance found necessary outside the warranty period will be charged at preferential rates.
